Privacy notice (waitlist)

Who is responsible
The controller is MAAT Automation, trading as Bok! (“Bok!”, “we”), a Dutch sole proprietorship operated from the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 98655590, VAT number NL005346453B10. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Waitlist (workers): your email address or WhatsApp/phone number, your language, whether you are an employer, and your answer to the question whether you would pay the planned price.
- Employer interest form: company name, contact name, email or phone, number of foreign workers (range), and your answer about the planned price.
- Technical: date and time of sign-up, the country code provided by our host (Cloudflare), the website language and the ad campaign name if you came from an ad link (UTM parameters). We do not store your IP address in our waitlist.
- On your own device only: your lesson progress and language choice are saved in your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to us. This site uses no cookies and no tracking pixels.
- Anonymous statistics: we count page views, lesson starts, completed lessons and sign-ups as daily totals per website language and ad campaign. These counts contain no IP address, no identifier and nothing that can be linked to you.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your details only to tell you when Bok! (the full course or the employer pilot) launches, and to measure how much interest there is. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time. We do not sell your data and do not use it for other advertising.
Who processes it
The website and the waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV) as our processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. If we contact you via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that message under its own terms. If we email you, or you email us at [email protected], the message is processed by our email provider (Grok Bot mail, mail.grokbot.com) as our processor.
How long we keep it
Until we have told you about the launch and at most 12 months after you signed up, or shorter if you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
