1. Who we are
Bok! is a trade name of MAAT Automation, a Dutch sole proprietorship (Chamber of Commerce/KvK number 98655590, VAT number NL005346453B10). MAAT Automation (trading as Bok!) provides this site. Contact: [email protected].
2. What Bok! is
Bok! is an independent learning tool for basic Croatian (level A1.1). At this stage only free lessons and a waitlist are offered. Nothing is sold on this site. Prices shown as “planned price” are indicative and not an offer.
3. Not official, no guarantee
Bok! is not affiliated with the Croatian government, the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, the police administration, or any exam institution. The official A1.1 exam must be taken at an approved institution. We do our best to keep content and legal information accurate, but we do not guarantee that you will pass an exam or that your permit will be renewed. Always check the current rules with your employer or the competent authority. Information is not legal advice.
4. Use of the content
You may use the lessons for your own learning. Copying or reselling the content is not allowed without permission. All rights to the content, the name and the logo belong to Bok!.
5. Liability
The free lessons are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site.
6. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the version date above shows the latest change. Dutch law applies.
